Testimony of Bill Esbeck before Assembly Colleges and Universities Committee

Thank you Chairman Nass, and members of the committee, for the opportunity to be here today and testify on Assembly Bill 473. My name is Bill Esbeck and I am the Executive Director of the Wisconsin State Telecommunications Association.

Before I discuss the merits of the legislation, I am going to provide you with a very broad view of the WSTA membership by telling you this: WSTA members are engaged in continuous reinvestment in their communities, companies, and infrastructure in an effort to bring their education, business, and residential customers world-class broadband products and services.
