WSTA Training Session 2019

WSTA is looking to partner with an Associate Member Company/Presenter on a one day [5 to 6 hours] seminar/training session. We would plan to repeat the seminar on two different days and locations.

Customer Service Seminar/Training session topics under consideration would include:

  • Call Coaching for Success
  • Trends in Customer Service
  • Surveying Customers
  • Customer Service Trends Outside the Industry
  • Customer/Prospect Tracking

If you have the above to offer as a seminar/training session that you would be willing to partner with WSTA on, please complete the online form [follow link below] OR complete the attached form. 

This one-day seminar/training session would begin mid-morning and conclude mid-afternoon.  We would hold the seminar/training session in relatively central locations to accommodate any necessary travel.

We will have the Associate Member Group Committee review all seminar/training proposals received.  We are hoping to hold the seminar/training session in November/December 2019.
