WSTA Training Sessions 2018

For the second year WSTA is looking for Associate Members to partner with for one day [5 to 6 hours] seminars/training sessions.

If you have any seminars/training sessions that you would be willing to partner with WSTA on, please complete the online form [follow link below] or the attached form. 

Some suggested training session topics that were given on evaluations from last year’s training sessions are: 

  • Beyond the Residential Customer…Business Ethernet Services

  • Consultative sales – without being hard sell.
  • Marketing – How to differentiate your services from the competition.
  • Objectives and Metrics – setting objectives, implementing the objectives and communicating, tracking the results, communicating the results and using results to make business decisions.
  • Programming A-Z, Security for Customer Routers
  • Project Management
  • Wireless better to home.

In addition to the above, we would consider any and all areas related to telecommunications company operations, i.e. Customer Service, Video, Human Resources, Plant, etc. 

Conceptually, these one-day training sessions would begin mid-morning and conclude mid-afternoon.  We would hold them in relatively central locations to accommodate any necessary travel.

Thank you for your continued support of WSTA, our programs, and our member companies.  I sincerely appreciate the role you play in helping our Active Members.

We will have the Associate Member Group Committee review all seminar/training proposals received in mid-April.  We will plan on holding the training sessions this summer.
