Membership
Associate Members: Any individual, firm, partnership, or corporation with interest in common with the organization, not eligible for active membership in the Association, is eligible to become an associate member of the Association
Annual Dues: $425
Active Members: Any individual, firm, partnership, limited liability company, corporation or other form of business organization owning and/or operating either of the following is eligible for active membership in this Association:

- ILEC Member- An incumbent local telephone exchange carrier that provides such service in the State of Wisconsin
- ISP Member- A commercial Internet service provider that provides such service in the State of Wisconsin
- WWSP Member- A commercial, mobile/wireless company that provides such service in the State of Wisconsin
- Video Member – A commercial provider of video services that provides such service in the State of Wisconsin
- CLEC Member – A commercial competitive local exchange carrier that provides such service in Wisconsin
Additional charge per broadband connection based on Broadband Data Collection information provided to the FCC.
