Scholarship Awards Eligibility & Winners

AWARDS The Foundation awards scholarships to graduating high school seniors throughout the State of Wisconsin. In 2025, twenty (20) $1,500 scholarships were awarded; one $1,500 Bruce Reuber WSTF Memorial Scholarship; five $750 scholarships to students attending a technical college. ELIGIBILITY Students in graduating classes of high schools in Wisconsin are eligible for a Foundation scholarship. Each applicant must be endorsed by a participating local exchange telephone company. AT&T and CenturyLink do not participate in the WSTF Scholarship process. If you are in AT&T, Frontier Communications, or CenturyLink serving areas, you are not eligible to apply for a WSTF scholarship. Academic excellence is taken into consideration but is not paramount to receiving one of the scholarships. The primary considerations are: First, the student has expressed a sincere desire to continue his or her education; Second, has demonstrated the ability; and Third, has financial need.
