**Members must log in to receive rates. 

• NEW! Each person tending an exhibitor booth must be registered for the conference. Go to the attendee registration to register ALL of your exhibitor attendees. Exhibit booth registration does NOT register your attendee. 
• On-site registration will be available for additional exhibitor attendants with a 15% onsite registration fee added. We will not be accepting on-site exhibit booth registrations.

Additional Exhibitor Information

• Exhibitor booth choice is first come, first served. Please list your choices in order of preference in your registration.

• NOTE: We ask that vendors schedule their meetings after the conclusion of the evening receptions.

• Kit includes information on additional booth options, shipping, timeline for unloading, and maps for unloading.
• Please read through the Exhibitor Kit carefully. 

Sponsorships Information

• When you register for your sponsorship, select your top 3 choices of branding opportunities from the prospectus. You will receive an email from our events team confirming your sponsorship choices.
• You will receive an email with your complimentary registration code. Please do NOT register complimentary attendees until you have received the code.
