Cancellations received on or before September 28, 2026 will receive a refund, less a $25 processing fee.
Cancellations received September 29–October 2, 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received on or after October 3, 2026 are non-refundable, and the full registration fee will be forfeited.
