Call For Papers

Planning is in motion for the 2026 WSTA Annual Convention program scheduled for May 18-21, 2026 at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. General Sessions will be held on Wednesday May 20th, 2026 and Thursday May 21st, 2026 with breakout sessions being held on Wednesday May 20th, 2026.  

If your company is interested in participating in the program this year, submit this proposal form by EOD Friday February 6th, 2026. 

Please consider submitting speaker proposals on topics that you feel would be beneficial to WSTA and its member companies, including the topics proposed by the committee. All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the Annual Convention Committee.
